Tough matchup for Blur. Pitted against some of the other pairings, it would beat them both. This was Blur's last decent album. Albarn was working out some pain - you can hear it in his voice, the tone of the music, and his lyrics.

I love Blur but Arthur is amazing and 13 (though good) is far from their best.

I've only just started to realize what a masterpiece Arthur is. Every song is brilliant (except maybe the title track 😨 )
