                          The 1920's. People all talked in that faux-Capone &quot;but he's a cop, seeeee&quot; drone, wore fantastic suits, drank in speakeasy's and listened to big bands. &lt;br /&gt;

That or 1979-1983, specifically in and around New York. Block parties all day.</description>

                          As I understand, there is no era to be generally considered as the golden age.  So I was wondering what all of you might may be and why.  Any thoughts?</description>
