With inspiration from this thread it could actually be interesting to have a tournament with best artist/album (most enthusiastic about artists myself) from outside the major countries. Right now there's no haste with greatest rapper and best year going on, but it is a possibility for the future. If people are positive towards the idea, I could possibly organize it as I like to work with boring statistics and systematics.

Thinking of the post-punk one more and more. I am leaning towards the album needing to be listed as post-punk on either Wikipedia or RYM (I use RYM a fair bit for collection/research/info). Still concerned over Unknown Pleasures winning before the race is run.

I've no problem with it whatsoever, but inadvertently voted the wrong way. I only left it until after Harkan finished his because I was worried people might be against two tournaments running concurrently. This thread has proved that theory wrong, so feel free Jhereko.
