Being half Norwegian myself (and Danish being close to Norwegian), I can read the Wiki article. He's been a member of numerous Norwegian bands since the late 70s, most famous among them being Vamp where he was active from 1991-1998. This album is his debut as a solo artist, released in 2003. Apparently it was only released in Rogaland, a south-western county in Norway. It was limited to 3000 copies and today it can only be found through downloading files or used copies.

Oh I'm sure he's well known in Norway, but I'm surprised that an album with no votes on RYM would be so high in our rankings. There are some Yugoslavian albums that have about 100 votes on RYM, but are only on BEA, because I added them

I've run across this guy a number of times, but have never had any luck actually hearing the music. I had sort of just given up and decided that if it was meant to be I'd get my chance. So far, it seems, it isn't meant to be.
