I think if bottom charts are introduced it should be a seperate chart all together to the main chart.

I'm actually against this idea. I like having ratings as a sort of "bonus" feature. Ratings are much easier for people to manipulate (ie down rating albums that someone feels are too high). And this has been done here, even with ratings not contributing to the overall score.

RYM has ratings, we've got charts. I don't see any reason to mix the two.

They would be; the ratings would only somewhat alter an album's rank from its position which is determined solely by rank points.

Yeah, I called for that idea before somewhere in the site, but because it hadn't got a response back then. that Idea may be even more accurate than the one I suggest right here as I believe.

I see your point, but has some overstatement. with only -20 or -30 points for the top, that won't be happen: Ok Computer has now 91k points, and Highway 61 Revisited has only 36k, so it's impossible to happen!

And do you "majority" think that's fair for American Idiot to gets higher rank than The Kinks Are The Village Green Preservation Society, or Hybrid Theory over Red by King Krimson?! This is because denying the "Dislikers" which they are legit.
