When I first heard Teen Dream, I was baffled by its acclaim because the music is so damn simple it's almost insulting. But after awhile, you begin to see the beauty in the quotability of the lyrics, and the cadence in Legrand's delivery. Here's two of my favorites that no one mentions much, along with a handful of my favorite quotes at the bottom:
