rdio.com is my place to hear music and decide if I want to buy the cd.

Rateyourmusic for the reviews (I learned it is best to avoid the forums) and a few users of Listology, primarily. Bunch of other sites if I am just looking for a few random lists. Oh, and Last.fm

In terms of getting data and opinions on music it's allmusic.com and pitchfork.com and theneedledrop on YouTube mostly.

That's possible, but I'm not too keen on either of those genres so it hasn't really affected my opinion on the site. As Happymeal pointed out though, they do make some questionable decisions on some of their lists.

Yeah, they do have great lists, it's just too bad the top 3 "rock" artists of the 00's are Eminem, Kanye West, and Jay - Z.

I do love most of their lists though.
