My choice is In Rainbows (though I didn't understand it at all in the beginning and needed a year and a half before it finally clicked for me), closely followed by OK Computer and Kid A. I love The Bends too, but it's a bit further behind.

For me it goes

In Rainbows. (Out of this world)
Ok Computer (excellent)
The Bends (great)

Hail To The Thief (average)

Amnesiac (not to my taste)
Kid A (not to my taste)

Pablo honey (poor)
The King of Limbs (shocking)

But all the different opinions of their albums on here just highlights how good a band they are that they can change their style and appeal to a different audience from one album to the next.

Kid A is loads better than anything they have released.

Followed by Pablo Honey which is some really good alt. rock in my opinion.

And everything else they've released is horrid (in my opinion).

This is a tough question, but I'd say it is a tie between OK Computer, Kid A, and...Hail to the Thief. A lot of people don't like that album but I like all the songs on there, and I think they are some of their bests. But, it isn't as cohesive as OK Computer or Kid A. I haven't listened to Radiohead in a while.

To be honest, I don't know why I like In Rainbows so much, I guess I just think the guitar tone is pretty perfect with the songs, and I'm a sucker for good drumming. Although, I would say the first six songs of OK Computer nearly beat In Rainbows by themselves, and I would say they contain two of my top three Radiohead songs (Paranoid Android, and Exit Music and Let Down constantly revolve for third place). Kid A contains a couple too many fillers for me, which are alright songs, but get boring after a while.

It's pretty close for me, but TKOL just flows so well from one song into the next, and I think Amnesiac feels a bit disjointed toward the end, especially The Morning Bell reprise, and I think that's what barely puts it Over the top.
