So much ABBA...

I don't mind ABBA, but if Radio 2's considering disco, I think there's better options out there. Plus there's like 3 ABBA albums.

Otherwise I think it's actually a decent list, though not necessarily in a great order.

I love Dutch (because of Vincent Van Gogh)

Better than the BBC list, but not by much.

Really do see the fuss over Rumours and any chart with ABBA will always make me shiver.

well it's a list... it's not fantastic, but there are some great tracks in there. Kudos if you sit through the whole thing. good for whoever wrote it...

Not just that. Quite a few of my faves are on that list, such as Rumours, Born to Run, Appetite, Graceland, Bridge Over Troubled Water, The Wall, and ANATO...

There are many mainstream bands/albums. It's not a very bad list, except Eagles at #3 which is funny.
Nice to see the Moody Blues and the Floyd albums, but there are not enough Beatles albums.
Selling England by the Pound is very surprising here, I thought there would be a 80s album (Genesis or Invisible touch) by the band.

It's better than that other list, only because the other one was tragically awful. This one still isn't that great. The Eagles at number 3? And what are these lists' obsession with Adele and ABBA?

Nothing particularly inspiring about this list. Including Marillion and Within Temptation was a nice touch though.

I like how people are complaining because overrated bands and albums didn't make the list.
