I don't care a lor for contemporary Tiesto but in the late 90's he made some excellent mix cd's. Check his "Magik" series while you are at it.
I also second Scion's Arrange And Process Basic Channel Tracks or anything by Basic Channel actually.

Don't know how I forgot this, one of my all-time favourite tracks. I love the original version (a bit more of a breakbeaty thing) but figured this mix might be closer to the kind of thing you're looking for.

I don't know if it matters to you but most of this stuff is probably classed as various kinds of House or Techno. I don't know enough about Garage to understand what's covered by that umbrella.
