Well, it doesn't seem to bad. But I doubt I have anywhere near enough points. Besides, most moderators are people-persons. I'm not much of one of those.

You can earn "data moderator" status if you earn a certain amount of mod points, by putting in the data for albums that have been just added to the website. They have the ability to also approve or edit already-added information. Though if you mean the "moderators in green", you'd have to ask them, but Im pretty sure it generally involves reading through the many forum threads to make sure site rules aren't being broken, as well as the ability to move, split-up or lock any thread that's either off-the-rails or put in the wrong sub-forum, and also remove any particularly abusive posts (or abusive parts of one).

Mine changes almost daily. I think they're all pretty self-explanatory (#BasedProphet, RFNAPLES' lesbian daughter, The Greatest User Ever Objectively (that one was too similar to Necharsian's so I changed it), @YolandasHouse, BAWP of the Year, there's more I'm forgetting).
