Don't know any good ones under a minute, but for just over a minute, if you can handle the subject matter, I'd go with "Sister" from Prince's Dirty Mind.

I delete any tracks on Itunes under a minute long, but here are the things under 1:30.

*Chinese Cat Polka (1:04)-Charlie N. George (this is something that my own band recorded, but what the heck)
*Mickey Mouse Club Theme (1:02)
*Mean Mr. Mustard-The Beatles (1:07)
*Twister-Weird Al (a parody of the Beasties)
*Can't Touch Me-Peter Griffin (1:09, and yes, I do have this on Itunes :O)
*Red Ditty-Vanessa Carlton (1:09)

I think those are the big ones.

Wire's a damn good start, but I would pick "Straight Line." "Spray Paint" is all right, just compared to the other songs on the album it isn't so hot where as the songs below actually stand out on the album:

1. Wire- Straight Line
2. Minor Threat- Straight Edge (gave a name to a lame movement)
3. Adolescents- Self Destruct
4. Fearless Vampire Killers- Bad Brains (Rock for Light version)

I'd go with It's So Obvious off Pink Flag, or Demons are Real from Bee Thousand.

Or St 100/6, which is 59 seconds or 61, depending on the version.
