Well Christ, I said in the OP that I was talking about the grey one. #F8F8F8.

My monitor is calibrated correctly and I'm colourblind. How the latter can factor into it is beyond me. Colourblind people don't tend to see colour more easily than non-colourblind people, especially when there is no colour.

The colour is read at the absolute bottom of the colour saturation levels, meaning there is no colour in it - it is grey. The 'Sat', meaning saturation, is at 0 - which once again means that there is no colour - it is grey. Finally, to the right all three colours that make up light are at an equal level, when all the colour levels are the same then white is created, since max colour is 250, here it's slightly lower, making it a darker shade of white - which is grey. It is grey.

There is no argument, the colour Alex is refering to is grey, it is not blue. The main site background is blue. This is not blue. If it appears blue, then you're monitor is not calibrated correctly.

Well OP didn't in fact mean the part of the forum you all suppose he was talking about, because otherwise there would never be a blue option.
