Good topic. My ears have been terribly unkind to new artists this year. I'm probably just old and stuck in my ways. But I think the following debuts are awesome.

I think 2013 has been a pretty intresting year in music, at least compared to 2012 (terrible in my opinion). These are the bands I can recall for now I´ve liked the most.

Parquet Courts (although their album was released in late 2012, it was re-released early this year)
Jagwar ma
Savages
Peace
Palma Violets
Disclosure
Swim Deep
