I know we don't usually include classical compositions around here but it's just as much jazz as classical and it's probably my favorite piece of music of all time so it's worth a mention.

Dopesmoker - Sleep (I make an effort to listen to this song at least once a month, it's the ultimate stoner anthem)

The Diamond Sea - Sonic Youth (including the noise coda, one of the few songs I like on the album)
Hung Bunny + Roman Bird Dog - Melvins (This is really just one long track, I don't know why it's split into two on the track listing.)
