It is a dope album, still not quite as good as Dirty Mind, Purple Rain or Sign "☮" the Times for me though. Another great, underrated Prince record (albeit from the 1990s) is The Gold Experience.

Fair enough! I still hate that Vh1 called XTC a one hit wonder for Dear God. Not even their best SELLING song. One of their best songs, sure, but they certainly weren't one hit wonders for it.

My brother was into The Cult back in the late 80s. I couldn't get into it then. Not sure I can now either, but might give it another try

I second The Cult. Great band. Especially check out their album Love, if you don't particularly like the shred guitar stuff.

Overkill is a really underrated band within the thrash metal genre, one of my favorite bands.
