i agree that they are not original , but this doesn't mean that their albums (ok by their albums,most of us mean the 2 first albums!) are bad. I don't love them but still i think that there are some gems in their albums.

Yeah, I share this opinion. It's definitely not my favourite album, but I think it's a decent album. Definitely doesn't deserve the abuse it gets.

It's a cumulative list and I understand its need on this website, it makes sense, and it's a useful starting point for people just getting deeply into music, sure, however I feel like it's pointless to say "this album should be out of the top 1000" just because we've decided we don't like it. It's a cumulative list and it's going to reflect just that, the opinions of the aggregate. Your own opinions are reflected in your own charts, and if someone happens to agree with you, they can use your charts for reference.

I would say that there's a difference between a thread like this and a thread talking about albums you don't like that are "generally" considered to be good albums. In that instance, the overall chart is irrelevant.

Well IDK, this site seems to be very 50/50 (maybe 60/40) split on Dylan and like a 99/1 split on Arcade Fire. I still like them. I just don't like Neon Bible. In the end, judge me all you want, I just ... personally, I wouldn't have them in my top 1000.
