The punishment just doesn't make much sense - they should have taken only the Adele CD! 🤣

Anyway, this story is kinda ridiculous. Even at the cost of the council confiscating all of your music, Adele is probably one of the most easy listening artists today and for the person playing Adele to pay a fine of £270. I mean, it's just learning to not play your music too loud. It may not be beneficial for your ears but that kind of music shouldn't warrant such silly acts of justice.

So.

They took his CD's.

And not what he was playing them on.

If he was playing the Deftones at any volume level that should be grounds for arrest right there

There are lots of music fans on BEA. How would you feel in such a situation? Would you dare play your music so loud? Think you can take on The Police?

Mind you, having a neighbour who plays music too loud is a rather unpleasant experience.

I'd be able to understand this if they were playing Deftones or Iron Maiden or anyone like that. But ADELE?! Seriously??!!
