Aye, this is a fun album for sure, seems like the kinda music for a road trip or lazy summer days with nothing to do. Still something missing from the album as a whole, though I can't quite put my finger on it. Will return to it.
Title track was my favourite.

Terrific album, soulful but still lighthearted and fun; mixes the Latin Soul that forms the base of their sound with homages to early psychedelia (that don't sound at all like dated relics from the 60s psychedelic era such as I just realized this description makes it sound) perfectly (got some major Greatful Dead vibes on "Lisandreando"). I might just be basing this entirely off of the Garcia-esque guitar parts strewn throughout the album, but I feel like this is a band that could flourish doing some extended jam sessions or something; of course many of the tracks here, even in their brief 3-4 minute durations, feel free and laid-back like their own little summery Latin mini-jams. Basically, it's a fun album, and I enjoyed it. Thanks lethal

This was a nice album. Really relaxing, cool atmosphere all throughout. I thought they did a really good job of mixing the Latin base with a kind of psychedelic soul vibe that permeated the album. I do agree with Rocky that it felt a bit too long for what it was doing, but at no point did I find myself not enjoying it. I'll have to listen to it again sometime in summer at a pool or something, that feels like the proper atmosphere for this album.

I've been falling behind a bit lately on these. I'm gonna try and hear Saoirse's sometime this week too, and I'd heard the Angel Olsen one a while back so I'm good on that. Want to be able to contribute to the discussions while they're active though, so I gotta get on that. Good for this week though, and it was such a pleasant listen too.

Enjoyed this quite a bit. Relaxing, but still fun to listen to and will keep you interested. Plus, the instrumentation was pretty impressive. I think the album was a little long, but just barely, not enough to detract from the album that much.
