It's impossible to say for certain that anybody will beat anybody else, especially when that anybody else has Ronaldo playing for them, but Belgium are a better side than Portugal. By quite a lot. I would much, much rather have Belgium's squad that Portugal's. Although I'd take both of their squads over England's.

I know Belgium have a good team but Portugal have good players too, they aren´t so good like Ronaldo but are good too.

I know it's almost impossible to Portugal to win the world cup, but I don´t believe Belgium will beat Portugal

Belgium is not in the same class as Sweden.

Yeah the US had terrible luck, as one of their better teams of recent competitions got put in a really tough group. For predictions I guess I would never count out Spain or the host country Brazil, but Im hardly an expert on what teams have the most talent or the most favorable matchups

And in all fairness, I've never seen Costa Rica's team or Iran's team play... That I remember anyway. So they might be wildcards.

I saw some of Iran's matches. They were better than most of the teams in the region but they aren't a very organized team. They made a lot of mistakes in some of the early qualifying rounds and got very lucky against Uzbekistan (which was probably the only reason they qualified tbh).

Costa Rica on the other hand is a pretty diverse squad with youth on their side. They are a definite threat and might be able to make it to the quarter finals if they can make it to the knockout stages.
