Fun fact: Bikini Kill has a song (released on their 20 anniversary rerelease of their YeahYeahYeahYeah EP) called "Fuck Twin Peaks". They weren't a fan. XD

Well after "The Social Network" and "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" they're definitely on a good spin of tense film scores.

Really? I haven't seen it yet, but the record they put out a few years ago left me pretty unimpressed.

That would be awesome, though after seeing "Gone Girl" today, I think a Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross collaboration would also sound great for a fresh start on the series 😁

Yeah, I guess though Fire Walk with Me was supposed to be the conclusion but a lot of people didn't like it, so it's hard not to be a little suspicious about the intentions here, considering David Lynch has said he didn't want to return to Twin Peaks. But, you know, better to hope for the best, I guess giving two full years and David Lynch creative control means it should at least be... meticulous and interesting, despite whatever motivations may be at play.

Whatever, if it's well done, surely? All 9 episodes directed by Lynch is a guarantee that it'll at least be interesting.
