By and large, most of the comments on this site are constructive and well-considered (even if a bit close to the mark sometimes.) Occasionally, the invisible line can be crossed and so, for this reason, we're going to add something in March's site update to enable users to flag inappropriate comments.

This doesn't mean that all comments marked as inappropriate will be deleted as there's nothing wrong with standing your ground if you have differing points of view on something, but there is a line that can be crossed sometimes.

I agree, what is 'inappropriate' is a grey area but I'm happy to help if called-upon (but only if called-upon as I want the site to be kept as open as possible.)
Yes something that is simply to insult the person for nothing shouldn't be allowed but if we install a report button people's definition of "bullying" differs from person and someone who is simply arguing the point and ask "what are thinking when you say..." could easily get reported by an over sensitive person

Also Charicature is simply making this forum because he can't deal with the fact that he makes no sense on the forums and his opinions for greatest albums are way out there and thus recieves mostly negative feedback.

I don't care about the feedback, but as you say, there was a comment on my list that was made simply to insult me. Because certain people can't leave things in the forums, they have to follow after and attempt to harass other people they disagree with. Such as you're doing with this post.

There should be a reporting button for unwelcome chart commentary aside from the simple ratings. I've no problem with a bad rating, but some comments are inappropriate.
