This was more my worry, to be honest, as I've seen how those relationships end. I think everyone's right, the settling thing is gross and unfortunate but happens a lot at this point. For me it would be less settling for a person (there's still really cool people in my life) and more settling for having to leave a person so soon after starting to date them that things might still not get anywhere, but you're right, there comes a point of, and I hate to say it, yolo-ing it to an extent. At the same time, because this is less about specifics and has become centered on it, this is really good advice for people in general I think. I've seena lot of people throwing a lot away on people they don't care about now and y'all are right about all of that.

Agree, don't get into a relationship just for the sake of getting into one and personal comfort, but don't put it off if you're only worried about it's status several months from now- life's too short for regrets, if you find a girl you really like don't worry about the then, enjoy your time with her right now.

I hardly think this thread has gone off the rails, again I said I don't want users to force their romantic woes onto the rest of us but just general questions about sex and maybe some finding girls/boys/both tips could be useful and far from taboo, this is 2015 after all. Obv there's a disclaimer for those that don't like the frank sex talk (*COUGH*), if one doesn't want to join in the conversation they don't have to.

Anyways to answer Loveless's question there often is a case of slight fecal discharge after anal sex, so it is wise to lube it up pretty well and perhaps wear a thicker rubber than normal.

Alright, I'll ask an actual advice question without getting too into details:

So basically, it's nearing the end of senior year at my school. As you can imagine, there are a lot of people turning to "I'm really lonely and don't care anymore - use me", a lot of people turning to "I'm really lonely and don't care anymore - I'll settle for you", etc., etc. However, I know there's a lot of people who would rather have something more serious than a throwaway at the end of high school, or at least something that pretended to be more than that. However, as is often the case, those people are usually the ones that may have very little relationship experience, or if they do, it's not been successful relationships.

I guess the question boils down to this - I've seen people around me settling and letting themselves go, while me and some of my friends are in this weird place of wanting something real but being scared to go off to uni or the real world with little experience knowing how a relationship might work. Is it worth giving anything a shot at this point? Or does experience not matter as much as everyone makes it out to matter?
