Ok, all joking aside...

HTTS is great, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about him. His posts are intelligent, open, and friendly, and he's the master of the Forum Regulars' chart. Also, I'm pretty sure he could kick my ass in a hundred ways.

However, Defago has been the most enduring and consistent friend I've had on BEA. He hasn't been very present this year due to his stubborn habit of properly prioritizing his schoolwork and future, but his impact on me (and let's be honest, the community) has been huge. I'm talking to all you Skypers, in particular. When I first started being active in the BEA skype groups, everyone had largely segregated themselves into several groups that didn't communicate with one another. But Defago talked to everyone. He didn't let petty forum bickering and politics get in the way of knowing a person and he didn't see himself as "better" than anyone. And I think that has been a huge positive force. The cliques still exist, and probably always will as long as the forum community is small, but they matter less than they used to.

To me, Defago is a constant reminder of how everything we're doing here is, ultimately, just for fun. Easy vote for him.

HTTS is a pretty cool guy. Haven't talked to him much, unfortunately. That Defago dude is pretty amazing though, he's got great taste, great humor and he uses big words sometimes. Also not voting for him would make me a racist, culture-appropriating shitlord, so there's that.
