They also talk about bands that helped make Metal. (Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Kiss, ect)

Well it's on VH1 Classic so they focus on old school stuff. 70s and 80s mostly.

I have been watching this show with my Dad since I was seven. We still bang our heads and yell "Stump the Trunk" (We have been doing that since I can remember) when its that time of the show. We also debate on the Top 5 and we LOVE watching the solo's from the guest performers. 😁
