where do we think Fall Out Boy fits in? that guy who dumped his girlfriend a week or two ago and is already trying really hard to fit in with the guys commiserating about how nice it would be to be tied down again but everyone knows that he needs to shut up?

i love lots of '10s pop punk though, oddly enough i've been listening to a lot of it recently

This album is actually up in my top ten for the year list. I loved every single second of it. Like, for real, every second of it. Best track is probably either 'I don't like who i was then', 'Cigarettes and Saints' or 'Palm Reader'.

That Beach Slang album Dakota posted earlier in the thread is sick, as are their EPs. I'm not much of a pop-punk guy but I really like that album.

Having now listened to Take Care I do agree that his characters outside of himself are one dimensional cutouts of human beings and he does exploit peoples roles through it. I wouldn't say that makes him a misogynist though as it seems he exploits people of all demographics but I don't think he's the "least misogynist" rapper by any stretch of the phrase.
