There's not a specific chart for showing the top albums by country (yet), but another way of doing this would be to visit the top-ranked artists page and filter by country which would give you the top artists by country; from there, you can drill into their best albums (there is more data for some countries than others).

If you go to Overall and then to Customize Overall Chart, one option is to limit the chart to albums from a specific country.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but anyways. I love the site but I noticed that most of the the top albums are always western oriented artists(american, british, etc.) I just thought it would be cool if I could search for the best albums from a specific country or region(like best brazilian albums, or best indian or russian albums, etc.) Maybe there is a way to do this already, any suggestions?
