It was geniunely the biggest shock of the awards, losing by a .1 percentage point.

wtf the 1975 got robbed, I was so sure that was gonna get worst title. also surprised by Blake taking electronic album, I thought people were lukewarm on that, and there were some really excellent contenders there. also avant garde winner is upsetting for me but I didn't have a candidate in that race I could really get behind anyways so oh well. but yeah thanks for compiling all this CryingGameDahlin, great work!

Love seeing Meta Meta get something. Stellar record. Still haven't given that Pinegrove album a spin... might do that. Can't complain with any of the results though, great job BEA (and that's CryingGame).

Sorry that was pretty bare-bones, obv on a bit of a compressed time limit but good to finally get the 2016 Awards rolled out since it was a bit creul to keep them from all you lovely dahlings who spent time voting for your favorites, again a big Sursha smooch though obv intrest in 2016 releases have waned... a bit. And again make sure to send out more than just your thoughts and prayers and do anything you can to help the harvey and irma victims across Texas, Louisana, the Atlantic Coast and the Caribbean.
