11 O'clock Tick Tock on that is amazing. Pity only eight songs too - like a mini live album.

This is the first album that mesmerised me as a kid. The energy was electric.

Torn between Bullet in a Bible by Green Day and Live in the LBC by Avenged Sevenfold, both great live bands and great live albums.

An absolute masterpiece....:

Soul Alive by Solomon Burke

A live concept album about life on the road. None of the songs had ever been released on his solo albums. Tracks were recorded in concert...and in hotel rooms, backstage, and on the tour bus. Maybe the most unique of all live albums:

Well said. In all fairness the vast majority of live albums are guff anyway when compared to studio versions, but this is the prime example.

There's only one essential live album for me, in so far so it outshines any of their studio material:

Kick Out The Jams by MC5

From a personal point of view, my absolute favourite (partly because I was there):

Royal Albert Hall October 10, 1997 by Spiritualized

Anyway, someone has Pulse up there so that and Siouxsie and The Banshees, Nocturne is awesome, then there's Yessongs and Frampton Comes Alive but on top of the pile? Probably this:
