Well this is over and 99 is the complete winner. Once I get close to being done with the 100 of 2015, I will create a diary to look at albums from 1999. Though someone remind me when we get to that point.

Honestly should have made this only a week instead of two because this isn't going anywhere. So far 96 and 99 are tied. But chief wanted to change for 99 so the next year is probably going to go to 99.

I will take this into consideration where we get to the end of the wire. But I don't think individuals can retake there vote. So the option ends up being on lock.

Progress report:
90,96 and 99 are tied for 1st place with four points. While 93 has 2 points. That is pretty impressive. But we are still in day 1.
