Boundry-pushing art-rock meets shameless, commercial-metal?

The last decade for Metallica has been a fucking joke, so it's really hard to be optimistic about this. They're a perfect example of a great band who abandoned all artistic credibility in the name of higher profits, the high-lords of the sell-out. I really, REALLY want this album to be great, because with a concept like this it could very well be great, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I like the album cover, though.

that's strange, Lou Reed and Metallica ! it's like a blockbuster Hollywood movie with two big stars, but i'm curious to see the result.
