Spirit in the top 1000 of anything much less the top 10 makes me want to vomit, but I can get on board with most of the rest here.

I have seldom seen a list with so many of my own favourites, though I try my very hardest to not judge lists upon that criterion. Van Morrison, Laura Nyro, Roxy Music, Bridget St. John, Yerself Is Steam (what bookends!) are certainly what would be in or be candidates for a list of my own.

Aside from that, there are a few albums I need to check out – listening to Pram of all artists I can detect substantial resemblances to Minnie Riperton’s Come to My Garden vocals in Rosie Cuckston. Françoise Hardy is another I need to check out, and maybe I should reconsider Roy Harper and Lisa Germano?
