I also have not been able to download the CSV file for my ratings for the past week.
When I click on the icon, it goes to a page that says not logged in, even though I am logged in.
Please advise.

I've been trying to download a chart for the last few days and it keeps getting hung up. I've tried a couple different browsers (safari, chrome, Firefox) on a few different devices (MacBook, iPhone, Pixel C tablet) and it gets hung up every time.

Any idea what is going on?
