Users have to add an album to a chart in order to add it to the database (they don't have to keep it on the chart; it can just be a method to add it). Both soundtracks you named have been released as albums, so someone just has to add them. If you choose to do it, add the tracks, cover and release date so a mod isn't left to do it. Albums have to be in the database (on the site), in order to rate them, then you can rate them like any other album. If you meant "rank," you can rank them after you've added them to your chart.

They're allowed, no problem. Just note the difference between soundtrack:

Pulp Fiction by Various Artists

(Various compiled artists)

And original score:

Chernobyl (Music From The Original TV Series) by Hildur Guðnadóttir

Music composed specifically for the screen medium.

For your two examples, the artists would be Various (for Hollywood) and Original Broadway Cast (for Hadestown).

I've been on this site for a while, but I'm just now starting to rate albums and make lists. I'm starting to build my favorite albums of 2019 list, but I'm currently struggling on adding two albums: Hadestown - Broadway Cast Recording, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood - Soundtrack.
