Current album in question is David Gray's White Ladder, which includes 12 new b-sides. But it also makes me question things like The Pet Sounds Sessions and other albums like that which contain substantial new material not yet heard by the public.

The Pet Sounds Sessions does actually have a separate entry because it has a slightly different title. It may seem a little counterintuitive, but if every reissue of an album with a different tracklist but the same title was added, it would be a bit of a mess, especially since every member is able to add albums.
Only one version of an album is allowed on BEA, and that version is always the original release.
