I just think it's a cool album. I love the Glass Spider song and a lot of them. For me it's not the dud album many think it is. Ok it's not my favourite but it's a fun album

I went with her discography according to Wikipedia. It doesn't include the album she made as a kid. I forgot that one though. It would be harsh to call a kid's album a dud 🤣

Edit: can't really remember Volta if I'm being honest. My reaction was okayish at the time. I do like Earth Intruders so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt for the time being 😕

Jenny Hval did a beautiful collaboration with Susanna a few years back that I’d give her attribution for, but it wasn’t strictly released under the Jenny Hval brand.

ok so basically nobody...

Way more curious on how many have 10+ bolded albums on RYM or 10+ in the top 1000 of almost any list (mostly cuz 10 albums is a feat of it's own, then, 10 amazing albums, is another wow).

All artists have a lull, ergo, none have released 10+ albums and never a dud, imo.

You know who comes to mind just barely though is King Gizzard... good lord - 5 albums in 2017 and probably 3 are great, 1 good, and 1 on the dud side of the equation, but still, in one year... damn.

Leonard Cohen, perhaps? Depends what you think of Death of a Ladies Man, I suppose. It's probably his worst, but I don't think it's bad, myself. Mind you, I haven't listened to his stuff past The Future, so maybe there's some weak albums in that last 15 or so years.

9 studio albums, 1 live album, 1 soundtrack, 2 collaborations, 2 demos albums, and 1 compilation. So I guess it depends on what you wish to include.

Yeah...I was rooting for this, but unfortunately I'd have to relegate it to dud status. I mean, why the heck did they go with those awful Casio demo keyboard sounds? They were basically aural torture!

Human Nature was actually pretty nice and other bits of the album seem like they might be on to something...but no, it's just kind of dull. I guess even the great Miles Davis screwed up eventually 🙁

Felt most probably. They released 10 albums and 10 singles in a 10 year career. I've listened to more than half and plan to get round to the rest. It's all really good so far.

They are my best bets. There are a handful of Wilco and YLT albums I've not heard though..and around 30 Miles albums I've not heard 🤣
