I like it. But can there be a month long Discovery Period. I can field a killer team after a month of homework. I could give you just the obvious right off the bat. That wouldn't be too much fun. I really wanted to explore hip hop anyways because it's such a blindspot for me in more ways than one.

Yeah, there's no huge rush, would like to get Christmas out of the way before committing to running this.

I'll lay out the format and rules in a few hours, then I'll give people about a fortnight to do some research for nominations. Once we have 16 nominations, I'll then give people another period of time to listen to more stuff from their year in order to better inform their selections.

I don't fully understand the format yet, will just pick it up along the way. But the idea is great, listening to a lot of hip hop in the coming months sounds like much fun. Patiently waiting for Nezzle to get home from work �'�
