I think I have brushed enough of the surface of Aus Albums (and a few people might be sick of them). This is my favourite and what I believe the best Aussie album (everyone has their opinion). Okay, they are not a Midnight Oil, AC/DC or Cold Chisel but the songwriting, musicality and atmosphere of the album makes it a great listen. As a whole album or as individual songs, it stands up. Paul Dempsey and his band grew in popularity through this album and are regarded as a great Australian band of the late 1990s/early 2000s. Maybe this was their peak, but that should not discredit them of the quality music they produce.

Note: Harkan's Australian album of the day is selected with the intention of expanding knowledge of Australian music, rather than picking the best of the best.
