Thanks to all who voted and, although it was sort of predicted at the beginning, I hope people ahve discovered Australian music or at least dabbled a little in listening to it.

The Grand Final almost featured two albums from members of the Bad Seeds but the Avalanches [favourites throughout] got there.

The Semis saw an upset from the Dirty Three over Cut Copy, who were seen as the finalists from the beginning. However favourites the Avalanches continue to strive ahead but now meet some interesting competition.

This tournament is pointless from my point of view without The Easybeats or Silverchair. Oh well, they wouldn´t win anyway... 🙁

Last round saw the departure of both my entries (happy they got this far) and showed that the more modern Aussie albums are preferred by the wider audience.
