For Once in My Life is the only 60s one I own, it's good. Definitely need to check out Sign Sealed Delivered

Actually, even his lowest-rated (I think) studio album here on BEA, Eivets Rednow, is a fine example of how much can be achieved with just a harmonica when it's in the hands of a true virtuoso. I believe it may also be the very first harmonica-focused instrumental LP ever released whose title consists only of the artist's name spelled backwards - that's not something to sneeze at, unless of course you've been huffing too much ground pepper or something.

Honestly some of his albums from the late 60’s are really good. The Little Stevie era has a bunch of good singles but teenage Stevie has a couple full albums like For Once In My Life and Signed, Sealed, Delivered that are very good listens.

Obviously, they don’t compare to Innervisions and Key of Life, but the classics era isn’t his only one worth exploring by any means.
