Well, one of the aspects that have most impact on music to me is singing. Sadly Dylan's voice was never up there after 1967 😢

I do like some other stuff from 'Desire' and 'Blood on The Tracks'. But I can't even listen to, let's say, 'Modern Times' because of his long-gone shot voice. That's one of the reasons why, for example, I don't like late Zeppelin material, or I don't like Arcade Fire, Chris Cornell or Elbow.

As for Nirvana's 'In Utero'. Well, it's been a long, long time since the last time I heared the album complete. Probably I would change my opinion 😉

arcade fire is one of my favourite bands, i think i'm just in love with win butler though, ahaa. anyway beatles are good and what music are you really in to?

12-Clash: Same as U2. One of the most overrated bands ever.

13-Who: Great classic rock and roll band.

14-Beach Boys: since I'm not from the USA, I don't know. It's just Beach Boys never were something here.

15-Jimi Hendrix: Legend

16-Pixies: I respect them, but that music is not for me. The least thing that I need when I get home is to listen to that cacophony!

17-The Smiths: Not for me, either

18-Bruce Springsteen: His 70s was great. And that alone is worth for me

19-Oasis: One of the last rock and roll bands ever. Their first 2 albums were such masterpieces. I really enjoyed them in the 90s. And they still had many memorable songs in the 00s. Great band

20-Pearl Jam. See Oasis description

Overall, really disappointed because that list is basically what Rolling Stone and other magazines tell people what is "cool" to like. And of course the most underrated genres ever in rock (Progressive rock and hard rock) remain ... well ... underrated 😢

Anyway, gotta listen to Creedence and Def Leppard now :wink:

I agree with you. I've tried to listen to their album numerous time, but just....can't. Musically - good, Vocally - hideous! 🤡
