Oh OK, I didn't realise that. It's nothing against you, and I wasn't trying to put your thread down. I have no problem with it being there, I was just saying that it never piqued my interest, largely due to the name. I will make an effort to pop in from time to time though and see what's going on. You should get involved in some other threads more too. 😄

I don't think the CASH team has any bad intentions. As I mentioned earlier, I think the CASH gang we're just having some fun and not trying to "compete" in any serious way, but just being goofy and silly. And I personally found it fun probably because I have been a fan of your thread since the beginning.

I've made no secret that I love the vibe that you and Pa generate when you talk about music. Your open-mindedness and general enthusiasm comes across in spades.

I've been a vocal supporter of your thread from the beginning, but I do think it may have run its course. Probably for selfish reasons. I'd love to see both you and Pa participate in the rest of the site more. Specifically, I would love to get your guys take on the albums we discuss in the Games/Tourney portion of the forum. (Right now we're tackling the best albums of 1974). There are so many albums that BEA as a group are already discussing that I personally just don't have time to contribute to your thread anymore, but I miss interacting we you guys a lot. You're two of my favorite users on the site.

Anyways, I love you guys and support whatever you two decide to do.

Really, in the last posts only I and pa were participating, so it was becoming useless. We surely can do that via PM, without bothering anyone. That was not the purpose, indeed, but other users stopped participating, so the thread has become useless, and, I can get that by some posts here, bothering. So it will be deleted, or anyway I will never write there anymore.

I surely can get it was only a joke, and, to make it clear, I'm not really offended. So don't feel bad now. But it's like our thread was only a circle between us, or a thing to show off ourselves, etc. (see my previous post), when it was not. Since you never gone into that, alel, you obviously didn't get what was about.. and then you decided to do this. Do you get what I mean? I got the sensation (from some posts more than from the joke itself) that our thing was taken in the wrong way, and that we were labeled in some way because of that.

I can get the fact that thread was a bit too similar to those other threads (though I put my force to make it different), but "chatroom material"? The thread was supposed to make other users participating: if posts by me and pa prevailed, that was because indeed participation by others was very little or absent (and I still don't know why). I can agree, though, that maybe it's better now to write into those thread with a high participation of others. Indeed, that was a sort of experiment by us.

Well shit, just came home and saw this. Honestly, Mies I don't know what to say other than you have my most sincere apologies. I certainly never intended to hurt you! While we have only communicated a few times via pm you've always come across as a lovely and passionate fellow and this wasn't aimed at you at all. Seriously, this wasn't a mockery or anything, the four of us were making a joke on Skype about creating a thread and we did it. We added the Mies and Pa bit because it was what the thread was the most similar too (the word compete was added as it was suggesting facetious competition, not something to be serious). I'm terribly sorry that this spiraled out of control. I'll PM AM to take this down and write to you if you want to talk more about this.

Sorry man, your thread seems more like chatroom material to me. It's focused on just two users and is largely redundant with "Musical Random Chat" and "What album are you listening to?" It's not breaking any forum rules that I know of, so I wouldn't want it to be closed or deleted, I just wonder if the discussion would be more productive if it was incorporated into threads where other users are contributing more.
