Voted Zuckerzeit. It's my favourite Cluster LP, outside After the Heat, whilst there are two or three Cohen albums I prefer to New Skin, great as that album is.

Zuckerzeit really surprised me. In a good way. If I didn't know it was from 1974, I would have sworn it was from the early 1980's.

I'm sure Cohen had amazing lyrics, he always does. But that record was musically very dull.

Sad to see it against Cohen though.

Until Suicide (& Devo) entered the picture years later, I used to think that Kraftwerk and Tangerine Dream were the Gods of early - mid 70s electronica.

I'll let my red-headed love take it from here...

Zuckerzeit is a truly wonderful piece of Krautrock gold, so I wouldn't be heartbroken to see it beat New Skin here, but New Skin For the Old Ceremony is Leonard Cohen's 4th straight masterpiece. It doesn't get quite as much attention as his debut or Songs of Love & Hate, but it's just as good.

omgomgomg i am a teenage fangirl for Cluster and this is their best. Catchy as all hell.

New Skin is not bad, but id take Zuckerzeit over literally any Cohen release soooo easy choice for me.
