Rhythm section is off and vocal modulations are annoying and it's too long and boring and underproduced" yada yada.

"Well what do you think of 1000 years of cultural experience perfected and presented in 20 minutes of music?"

"Then you can go fuck yourself raw."

I always love to listen to the Smithsonian Folkways Radio, but I've never actually listened to one of these records.

Possibly. I may or may not be able to confirm the probability of that statement at this time.

I've recently become a huge fan of Smithsonian Folkways releases, having bought three in the past week alone. Any other BEA users enjoy the label's releases, and/or know of any that are in BEA's database?

The only ones I know of are two that I added and one that was already here...
