Easily 2006 for me. "My Love", "Crazy", Hecker, "Fishscale". It's damn fine.

And Laighing Stock is great and all bit it's my 4th favorite Talk Talk/Mark Hollis album that I've heard as of now (out of 4), so it doesn't get much for me.

And this match just isn't that close for me.

My Love is obviously the best single here by far, and came very close to clinching it for me, but Jim's last couple of albums were so delightful that I changed my mind last-minute.

Yikes. Harmony In Ultraviolet and Laughing Stock are of the gods. Nevermind is my least favourite thing on either list. Everything else is really really good. I'm listening to the NoWaxJim albums I haven't heard, just need to decide if they compensate for Nirckelbackvana.

I'd really hate to vote against Laughing Stock, but there's not much else on the 91 team I enjoy outside of Del and a single or two. 06 is pretty amazing outside of the two indie singles. Pretty easy vote.

Anyways that 2006 team is divine top to bottom, even though with the exception of the Crane Wife which I still do like in small doses. Defago sure knows how to get my panties soaked. And given Ive become so numb to Nevermind from spending too much time of my youth listening to rock radio in Seattle that it does absolutely nothing for me, but Yrself is Steam and Laughing Stock are excellent choices and if the other two albums I haven't heard are excellent as well I might have to re-consider my vote, though Defago's singles win hands down.

And I am against child abuse ( 😉 ) especially if it's committed by a third reich evil war criminal, so that does factor into my decision as well. Moral high-ground is very important. Though Defago is pretty evil and bloodthirsty in his pursuit for power, too.
