Yeah it's July 16. A bunch of people have made a bunch of different answers with ridiculous assumptions such as "neither of them know what the other was told" and such, but the wording is pretty clear IMO.

Yeah this is pretty much exactly where im at with this one too.. A sort of fits but E fits better

On the second one.. I got told exactly the same as dave by a friend and it does fit. I had my own more elaborate theory though haha

The first one took me about thirty seconds. I had chosen E because I noticed the color of the arrows. White, black, black, white, black. Naturally, I assumed black was the next in the pattern. Like Defago did, I found that the next arrow was going to be on the top of the picture, so B and D were out. C wasn't a number. So E. But I think Defago had the more ligical reasoning.

With the first one I keep getting distracted by the possible symbolic meaning of the arrow, even though it's probably just an arbitrary shape. Still can't find the pattern though.

The dot moves clockwise to the next corner each turn, and the line turns 45 degrees anticlockwise every two turns.
