LA had a great young team that played with speed, physicality and discipline. Basically, what hockey should be. Thank goodness it wasn't some boring 'systems' team that won.

LA had a great young team that played with speed, physicality and discipline. Basically, what hockey should be. Thank goodness it wasn't some boring 'systems' team that won.

I'm supporting the Kings - ex-Flyers (Gagne, Richards, Carter), longer drought (since expansion in 67), good young entertaining team, and actually a better hockey market than many think.

Now that the Flyers are out, can't say I've been paying a tonne of attention. I'm happy to see the Kings knocking off the ultra-boring Coyotes. but the NYR-NJ series hasn't interested me at all... Anyone else?

Great series, Flyers deserved it.

Also a great game from The B's today, Seguin actually showed up. Wednesday night will be fun.

I'm of the belief that Weber's thing wasn't a big deal. To me, he guided Zetterberg's head rather than shoved it into the boards. It's playoff hockey. I saw it live, I've seen the replay a bajillion times, and nothing has lead me to believe that it deserved the amount of attention that it got.

In all honesty, as a huge Flyers fan, I gotta say that it pisses me off that Philly never has any success with goalies. Here's hoping Bryzgalov keeps it together enough for Philly to win a few more...

On a side note - Canada is enraged with the wussy suspensions handed out. Neal got one game? Weber got nothing? I wonder was Torres will get?

Don't forget my Bruins. OT in game 1, double OT in game 2, physical chippy action in game 3. Been a great series so far, Caps are tough but the B's are gonna handle em I think.
