Actually, you can do this already from the top artists page (just filter by any year or decade). It'll rank them using the same algorithm as the overall chart.

It'd be cool if there were some ways to view best artists by decade. Currently, when we are on an artist page, it lists Best Ever Artists in the right column. If there was room for it somewhere it would be cool to view Best Artists by Decade based on some sort of algorithm similar to best overall artists but applied to each decade. I always think certain bands really represent certain decades. I'd love to see where some of my faves end up.
