Have to go with Thunder Road - Born To Run. But Like A Rolling Stone is a pretty good opener to an album as well.

Sooo many great ones, I could think about this for hours. I could possibly narrow it down 10-15 perfect songs. Probably would go for Thunder Road in the end since it's probably among my top 5 songs ever.
