True, it wasn't proven, but it was highly assumed. And even so, Casey never said her daughter was missing, and never bothered to search for her (....) And her remains were found in a forest near by. The only other suspect would be her grandmother, who possible could of planned it out, to kill her granddaughter, and send her daughter to jail (no clue why, maybe some family reason that she wanted to get them out of the way).

Either way, that family has issues.

And yes, thank god for the u.s. constitiution:roll:

I agree. But we differ on one thing in that IMO the defense attorney did a good job condidering the case he was given and it was his first murder trial.

I know one thing, I would have no qualms about retaining Jose Beaz if I get put on trial for murder 😨

But I'm sure his fee has gone up a bit now 🤣

Agree entirely. She probably did something seriously wrong, but if they convicted people based on that level of evidence, a hell of a lot of innocent people would be wrongly convicted.

All-in-all, this woman was not a serial murderer. What she did was terrible and wrong, and she should be put away for a long time because of it, but I don't think ANYONE deserves to die, for any reason, nor is there ever justifiable cause to kill anyone.

Well if you kill a murderer, that makes you a murderer. So then someone will have to kill you. But that means someone will have to kill them....

I guess we wouldn't have to worry about over-population anymore.

Oh, yeah, the one issue I had with the case was the death penalty aspect of it, as I am strictly opposed.

Even if they had FOOTAGE of Ms. Anthony killing her child, I wouldn't think that would make killing her right. Murder does not justify murder, that's fucking "eye-for-an-eye" Biblical and we should have grown past that by now.
